The Army Painter Warpaint - Hardened Carapace

I needed a base coat that wouldn't show brush strokes and this stuff glides on smooth and opaque in just one layer. The dropper bottle makes it easy to get just a drop or two on my palette without wasting any.

Heavy pigment really does the work here — one coat over black primer covered smoothly enough that I only needed a second pass for the flat panels. The dropper bottle makes it easy to get exactly the right amount on my palette without wasting a drop. I've already ordered more of the range.
