James ★★★★★

Two thin coats of this over a darker base gave me exactly the rich, even blue I was chasing for my Ultramarines, and the consistency out of the pot is perfect for layering without any thinning guesswork. It dries matte enough that a wash still behaves properly on top.

Steven ★★★★☆

The blue went on smoothly over the base coat, which saved me a lot of time. I just wish the coverage was a tiny bit more opaque on the first pass.
