The 40mm base is a nice touch for a character this size, and the multi-part assembly gives you plenty of posing freedom. Took me an evening to clean up the mold lines, but the plague details are disgustingly detailed.

The sprue for the Plague Surgeon is well-organized, with clean mold lines that made assembly a breeze. He looks suitably grotesque next to my other Nurgle models.
