        Julian F. ★★★★★

Even with a brush, this stuff flows surprisingly smooth for a fluorescent paint, and the matte finish really makes the color pop on small details. I had to do two thin coats over a white base to get that perfect glow, but the result is well worth the extra step.

        Brian D. ★★★★★

This yellow is incredibly vibrant under a blacklight, and the super matt finish lets the fluorescent effect pop without any glare. Used it for some sci-fi figure details with a brush, and it flowed smoothly with great coverage. Exactly what I needed for a striking accent color.
