Carter Y. ★★★★★

The consistency is just right for getting a smooth base coat without any brushstrokes showing. One thin layer gives a really nice, vibrant blue that stays matte.

Emma ★★★★☆

Covers really well over a black primer, which is a huge time saver for basecoating. The color is a vibrant, true blue that looks smooth and matte once it dries. Only wish the pot had a better lid to keep it from drying out so fast.
