The synthetic fibers hold pigment well and don’t splay out after scrubbing texture onto terrain—mine’s been through a dozen sessions and still keeps its flat edge.

The flat bristles are stiff enough to really work texture paste into terrain bases without bending, which is exactly what I needed. Only gave it four stars because the handle feels a bit short for my larger hands, but it does the job well for small detail work.
