Took this to my mate's place for a weekend of games and my brushes came out exactly how they went in, no bent tips or anything. The leather feels sturdy enough that I don't worry about it getting knocked around in my bag.

The stitching on this roll is genuinely solid and the leather has that nice worn-in feel after a couple of trips. My brushes stayed put the whole train ride and nothing got bent.
